Blackberry users can now get the latest update to version 1.2.0.17 BBM Music that has been issued through the RIM BlackBerry App World is a small leap to the top, with many of the same features found in the release of Beta Zone.
Here is what's new in version 1.2:
Request an invitation
Find the same musical tastes with ease! When an invitation request is sent from a 'friend of a friend through the latest update now you will be able to see the track and general friends before accept / reject the invitation.
'Favorites' Songs and Contacts
Now you can highlight a favorite song or contacts in the BBM Music 1.2! For your favorite song, you need to click on the star shown in the upper left corner while listening to certain songs. When the star is highlighted yellow, it will show the song as a "favorite" and now you will be able to access this song through the "favorite song" on your profile tab. Favorite song will be shown to friends on the Recent Updates For the favorite contacts, when you visit the contact page you can choose a "favorite" from the menu bar above. This will add the highlighted yellow star next to the name of a contact in the contact tab will only be visible to you. You will now have the ability to search by "favorite" contacts in the contact tab.
Intelligent Shuffle
Intelligent shuffle offers you the ability to shuffle songs with a favorite song, genre, artist, popularity of the song, album, contacts, year of release or newly added. To access the smart shuffle, on the home tab click on "shuffle" which will display the shuffle menu below.
The user's default for all new
New users to BBM Music will now have a standard friends listed as a contact.
Additional Applications
If you are an existing user BBM Music You'll also see improved notification to my friends already use BBM Music, improved performance at startup and easy access to account information from the profile screen.
